Had very nice experience, overall reasonably priced place.
Everything was perfect, good service, absolutely perfect location very close to central Porto and a gallery where people go to smoke. Loved the location very close to a metro station. Found a place called Restaurante Maria Rita, set close to the hotel, ate there a few times. The breakfast in the bar was great with excelent coffee to start your day...

The location is superb, allowing us easy access to great food options and a lovely supermarket nearby. The fresh breakfast, especially the croissants, was a highlight for our family.
In my wife's opinion, the room was cramped and lacked basic amenities. An improvement for families would be having a small fridge for snacks.

The hotel provided a clean and functional room that met all essential needs for my business trip. The location was excellent, only a short walk to key sites and the Bolhao Metro station, made traveling to meetings convenient. The staff were friendly and efficient, assisting with my request to arrange taxi services and providing helpful information about local restaurants for business dinners.
Limited breakfast options available.

The location offers easy access to explore the historic district. Rooms provide essentials and sufficient comfort, though on the smaller side was good.
Encountered multiple inconveniences . The bathroom light was malfunctioning, and the air conditioning failed, which turned the room into a sauna despite the pleasant weather outside. The area surrounding the hotel had an unkempt appearance with street cleanliness issues, and we found a strong odor in the entrance that detracted from the initial welcome. Issues with room bookings also arose, leading to confusion over charges and the allocation of rooms with lingering smells of smoke.
